An Hour To Live …

Imagine if you had an hour to live …

It is a frightening thought to take in.

What can you do in such a short time?

When I was 28 years old, I was presented with this experience. Working in a full time job, from 8.30am to 6.30pm or longer … and 3 times a week, I attended a part-time course and came home after 10.30pm, only to start a full day again.

The stress of it all brought me to this crossroad where, if I chose to go left or right, it would end my life.

It was so exhausting for me that it trigured a severe asthma attack. I woke up in the middle of the night, gasphing for my breath. Only thing was I could not breathe and within an hour or less, I knew I would be dead.

I am currently writing in my first book which is yet to be published, as to how I overcame this trauma. It is a miraculous story in which I myself find it hard to believe.

Now … what is my message to you here and now …

Do not let life pass you by, savour this moment, here and now.

Everything around you is happening for a reason and if you do not stop to look around you, you will miss this moment.

And in being present in this moment, you will discover that there are no ordinary moments in life.

Everything around you is extraordinary!
