This will give you an idea on how to choose and arrange your photos.
- Choose your favourite photos and arrange them in the order you would like to watch them. Think of your presentations in segments such as Birth, Childhood, Teenage Years, Young Adult, Wedding etc…
- Presentation or Slideshow length – If you are watching your DVD at home, it can go on for as long as you like. If you are playing it at an event, eg. Wedding, Anniversary or Birthday Party, keep it no longer than 15 minutes or shorter.
- Number your photos – Please number your photos with labels or stickers on the back of your photos. Give each photo (original or digital) a number starting with 01, 02, 03 etc… If you need to add another photo eg in between 02 and 03, just number it as 02a, 02b etc… Place the original photo into a pocket album or ziplog bag and your digital photo can be burnt onto CD or DVD.
- Choose your songs, each photo is displayed around 3.5 to 4 seconds for a simple slideshow and 5 to 10 seconds for a special slideshow. Depending on the number of photos in each slideshow, we can synchronize the song to fit your photos or fade off the music.
